Membership and Meetings

Membership - NRBAofA is a very informal group. It is basically open to any one who shares the North American/Rockwell/Boeing heritage in Southern California. Although primarily made up of retirees and retirees business friends, current employees of Boeing Southern California who wish to keep in contact with coworkers who have retired are welcome. Being a member of the group simply means getting your name put on our email list that is used to send out notices prior to each of our get togethers. To be placed on our email list, email your name and email address to us using this email link.

Meetings - Meetings are in the form of a lunch held on the second Wednesday of every month with the exception of the Holiday season in December. A week before the meeting, emails will be sent out to everyone announcing the lunch. If you wish to attend, reply to the email (By the latest, the Monday before the lunch.) If you don't plan to attend, no action is required. The lunch notice email will give the date and speaker, if any. The lunches will cost $15 and generally two selections of entrees will be available. Starting time is 11:30 with lunch starting to be served at about 12:00 giving time before and after the lunch for socializing. The lunches are held at the Yorba Linda Country Club. Information on this location is given below.

Please note that starting in 2010, we have changed our lunch schedule to include the summer months of July and August which, in the past, we have taken off. Current plans are to continue this new schedule in 2011.
